BOOKING CONDITIONS
1: OVERTIME RATES: Should the wedding exceed the nominated finish time, overtime rates will apply. If we are caused to be late to another client the late fee will be $200.00 plus the overtime rates as below. If on the day we are able to assist in extended time over the nominated finish time the following overtime rates apply. Overtime rates are calculated at the following : Vintage Ford Limo at $75.00 for every 15 minutes. The extent of overtime will be at the discretion of the driver to ensure it does not conflict with other commitments.
2: PAYMENTS: We require a booking fee of up to $300.00 for the Vintage Ford Limousine. All Booking Fee’s are non refundable. Cancellations within 90 days of the wedding date will result in the client being liable for the full contract amount.
Full payment must be made no later than 7 days before the wedding date.
3: VEHICLES: We reserve the right to substitute a vehicle in case of an emergency . Stretched Limousines are Limited Access vehicles. Drivers reserve the right to deny any access to a venue that may put the vehicle and Its patrons in an unsafe situation. Luggage capacity of the vehicle is limited. We accept no Responsibility for items lost, damaged or stolen within the vehicle. We reserve the right to refuse the addition of personal decorations to the vehicle should the possibility of damage be present. The Client accept full responsibility for any damage caused to the vehicle by a member of the travelling Party on the day.
4: REFRESHMENTS Alcohol is not provided by Perth Quality Limousines.
